Constituency Councils
Each Constituency Council should have solid line reporting relationship to either the Provost, (InterFaculty Council (IFC), the Student InterCouncil (SIC)) or to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer (The University Classified Staff Council).
Each of the Constituency Councils consider opportunities to improve communication through the use of advanced communication technologies
Each constituency Council should review its by-laws, membership criteria and selection procedures, insure that meetings are scheduled and posted on a regular basis, and that approved meeting minutes are available for all meetings.
Each Constituency Council will prepare a quarterly report on issues of concern and actions taken for presentation to the University Leadership Council
Each Constituency Council consider issues of diversity in the community they represent as a specific area of responsibility. A diversity report should be included in all reports to the University Leadership Council.
The Constituency Councils are:
- University Classified Staff Council (UCSC) (reports to the COO/CFO)
- University InterFaculty Council (IFC) (reports to the Executive Vice President for Academic and Research Affairs)
- Student InterCouncil (SIC) (reports to the Executive Vice President for Academic and Research Affairs)
