Current students may opt to order official transcripts manually, by following the instructions below.

Online access is not available to former students who are not currently enrolled. Transcripts can only be ordered manually by following the instructions below.
Ordering transcripts manually (not online using myUTH)
Complete the Official Transcript Request Form and fax it to the Registrar's Office at fax # 713-500-3356. Payment of the $5 per transcript fee may be made by calling the Bursar's Office at 713-500-3088. Payment of the transcript order fee may be made using VISA or MasterCard. Transcript Request Forms are available from the Office of the Registrar, in the University Center Tower, Suite 2250. Medical Students may pick up Transcript Request Forms from the Medical School's Office of Student Affairs, or in the LRC.
Complete a transcript request form in the Office of the Registrar. After your request is entered, pay the transcript fee at the Cashier's window at the University Center Tower, Suite 2240.

Transcripts are normally processed within 24-48 hours (business days) following receipt of a completed transcript order with payment of the transcript(s) fee.
