Group Fitness classes aim to improve flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. We offer a variety of options, including: Turbo Kick, Bolly-X, PiYo, Pilates Ball, Yoga, Zumba, S.W.E.A.T. and Athletic Conditioning. Not sure what each class entails?
